This collar is advertised as waterproof. It is not but rather water resistant and becomes unworkable when the dog either is in heavy rain or goes in the water. I do not recommend it.

The product is probably fine, but not what I needed. the supplier was horrible and will not take it back. They even returned the shipment to me.

I originally had to buy the collar by itself because my dog chewed up the original collar that came with the underground system! I was NOT happy about that! It’s well worth the $$$. Since purchasing, we have moved and don’t have the underground system installed at the moment, when we do install we will be buying another 1 of these collars for our new addition to our family so the boys can run outside together & I won’t have to worry about them wandering off!
I would definitely purchase again!
